ConsultHive is a boutique education consultancy specialising in high school leadership support. Drawing on experience as a school principal and in human resources, the consultancy excels in mentoring principals, resolving complex staff issues, conducting role-clarification interviews, and developing strategic plans and job descriptions.
The client was drawn to the idea of busy bees working together in a hive, which inspired the brand identity. I built the visual language around honeycomb shapes and warm, honey-toned colours to reflect happy productivity and care. I designed the logo, stationery, email footer and greeting cards. I also created a cute Christmas illustration that captures ConsultHive’s warm, friendly and supportive approach.
